REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Dheeth, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure that you receive it in the condition you expect. As our products are made and packed specifically for our customers, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We do, however, offer replacements in the situations described below.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement may be requested if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong product, colour, or size due to an error on our part.
- The product received has a manufacturing or printing defect that was not present before dispatch.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with the original tags and packaging intact.
2. Size-Related Replacements
Please carefully check our size chart before placing your order.
We do not provide replacements for incorrect size selection made by the customer, unless specifically approved by Dheeth.
If a size replacement is approved, the replacement will be subject to product availability and any applicable shipping or processing charges.
3. How to Request a Replacement
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order number
- Name and contact details
- Clear photographs of the product
- A clear photograph/video of the packaging received
- A brief description of the issue
For certain issues, we may request an unboxing video to help us verify the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once your replacement request is received, our team will review the submitted information.
If the issue is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the eligible product to us, where applicable.
Do not send any product back without receiving confirmation from our team first.
Dheeth reserves the right to reject a replacement request if the product shows signs of:
- Wear or use
- Washing
- Alteration or modification
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper care or handling
- Normal wear and tear
5. Replacement Process
Once the returned product, where applicable, has been received and inspected, we will process the replacement.
The replacement will be shipped to the original delivery address unless otherwise agreed.
Replacement is subject to availability of the requested product or size. If the exact product or size is unavailable, Dheeth may provide an alternative resolution in accordance with applicable law.
6. Shipping Charges
If the replacement is required because we sent you an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Dheeth will bear the applicable replacement shipping costs.
For any customer-requested size replacement that we choose to approve, shipping or other applicable charges may be borne by the customer.
7. No Refund / No Return
Dheeth does not offer refunds or general returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect colour selected by the customer
- Products that simply do not meet personal preference
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
This does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
8. Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or special discount are subject to the same replacement conditions unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
